I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, right on the Arno river with a breathtaking view of the Ponte Vecchio, and just a short walk to all the main attractions of Florence. The service was top-notch, with everyone going out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were a bit small but manageable, and I couldn't control the temperature in the room which was a downside. The dining experience was lovely, especially with the Lounge View, and overall, it was a great value for the money.

My stay here was an absolute delight! The hotel offers one of the finest views in Firenze, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were big, well decorated, and incredibly comfortable, although the noise from traffic was a bit bothersome at times.

I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel! The rooms were gorgeous with a classic old tower view, and the signature cocktails with a view of Ponte Vecchio were unforgettable. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and eager to please. The size, comfort, and views of the rooms were great.

The staff was efficient in getting museum tickets and train tickets for us, albeit with a $10 fee. They were also very helpful in making arrangements for trains, taxis, and dining recommendations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms worked out perfectly for my family of four, and the large balcony overlooking the river was a dream. However, there was a slight issue with a drain smell if the room was closed up for too long. The service was exceptional, especially after experiencing a mishap on the train. The location couldn't have been better, just off the Ponte Vecchio with super-helpful staff. The dining experience was delightful, although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great upscale hotel with wonderful amenities.
